Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July!

Just wanted to wish everyone a delightful 4th of July weekend as we celebrate this great nation of ours. The whole debate over this presidential election reminds me of why this country is great. We have the freedom to speak our minds and debate the issues, to choose our leadership and vote for the best candidate.

We have the freedom to pursue our dreams and live our best life. The freedom to reach for the stars and be as successful as we want to be. There is no better place for freedom and liberty to prosper.

As always, as we celebrate, it’s also important to remember the men and women who have fought and died for the freedoms and independence we celebrate.

So everyone enjoy the weekend and cherish your freedoms.

  5. Have any of you heard Red Skelton’s spiel on the Pledge of Allegiance? If you haven’t, go to http://www.clown-ministry.....d_skelton/

  6. Chris, you’ve made my day. I grew up watching the Red Skelton Show and you just gave me back some really good memories to bookmark. Thanks!

  7. You’re welcome, Babs! It was such a poignant ending about keeping God out of schools. Red Skelton was such a fine and imaginative clown, and those fine, deeply meant words about God and country impressed me even more greatly than his acting skill.
