John Edwards today ruled out the possibility of running as Barack Obama’s vice presidential candidate. Asked earlier this morning on the Today Show, Edwards answered directly and shot down the notion of an Obama/Edwards ticket.

Thus, the continuing speculation about an Obama/Clinton ticket still exists.

Thats too bad… I was really wanting Edwards to run with Obama. It would of been a strong ticket. I really don’t have anything against Clinton, but think she’ll drag the Democrat nomination down if she runs as his VP.
3rd time is the charm and we all know that Edward is superstitious. He talked to dead babies after all…

In one of Edwards’ silver-tongued arguments to the jury on behalf of a girl born with cerebral palsy, he claimed he was channeling the unborn baby girl, Jennifer Campbell, who was speaking to the jurors through him:
“She said at 3, ‘I’m fine.’ She said at 4, ‘I’m having a little trouble, but I’m doing OK.’ Five, she said, ‘I’m having problems.’ At 5:30, she said, ‘I need out.”‘
She’s saying, “My lawyer needs a new Jaguar … ”
“She speaks to you through me and I have to tell you right now — I didn’t plan to talk about this — right now I feel her. I feel her presence. She’s inside me, and she’s talking to you.”
Stalin’s just having his fun. John Edwards is also the name of that guy on the show Crossing Over, who claims he has the mysterious ability to communicate with the dead relatives of people in his audience. That show used to be real popular a few years back…

Actually I’m being serious. See the above post. This was John Edwards the politician. I’ve never heard of the other guy.
The other guy does a better job than the politician. Thanks for the link, Stalin, that made me sick. You want to know why no one can afford health insurance anymore? Lawyers like John Edwards.

Not only that, but he has probably put more mothers in harms way:

Yeah, Stalin, I read that. Ambulance chasers like Edwards care nothing for anything but their bank account. A bit of Oral Roberts there in the channeling performance, maybe he can channel up some more super delegates for Obama.
