Hillary has won Pennsylvania by a 10 point margin which gives her bragging rights, but at what cost. If Barak is the nominee he will have a difficult time beating McCain and if Hillary is the nominee the same is true. The democratic party has really hurt itself with all the negative campaigning. If either of them think the Republicans will not use everything in their dirty book arsenal to beat them they have another thought coming. Barak has the baggage of his associations, the bitter gaff, and Hillary’s assertion that he is not qualified and Hilliary has whitewater, filegate, Vince Foster, travelgate and Bill. Can you imagine that man in the White House four more years with nothing to do, Better make all secretaries and interns male. On the other hand McCain the Republican nominee is getting senile faster than Regan, already he can’t tell the Shite from the Sunni and he thinks the country is better off today than 4 years ago. Tell that to all the people who were moved out of their foreclosed home today; All the brave servicemen in Iraq who were stop lossed, dead, dying or maimed. I am too old to fool myself into believing any changes will happen in the next four years, regardless of who is elected. Republicans and Democrats find an independent candidate to vote for or choose none of the above then you won’t kick yourself later for participating in the election of one of the above.
RON PAUL ALL THE WAY TO PRESIDENT IN NOVEMBER 2008!!!
YES-YES-YES!!!!
The year of the 3rd parties. I support Alan Keyes now and will not vote for the Big 2 parties. Constitutionparty.com , Green party and the Libertarian party as well as a few smaller ones will be giving the bigger 2 parties problems during the elections since bigger names are thowing there names in the race as 3rd party folks Alan Keyes, Ralph Nadar, Democrat Mike Gravel, Gop Congressmen Bob Barr, and rumor has it maybe Jesse Ventura.
Of course the maller parties will take some votes but I think a 4-5 party race this year will help determine the outcome
Hillary said that if Iran would attack Israel, America would invade Iran. What a dumb statement. It just shows that her foreign policy judgement is way off.
Also her campaiging with this and the politics of fear shows that she isnt much better then McCain.
I completely agree with you h Jeff. Completely.
Have you seen any of the interviews from the ground in Pennsylvania? The people there are so uneducated and ignorant that it almost left me breathless watching them try to distill what the actual issues are. I’d say 10 percent is really more of a win for Obama than Clinton in Pennsylvania. Clinton is not going to fool any superdelegates with her win here, because the fact is that party-switchers, who will be the most important in November, voted almost unanimously for Obama according to exit polls.
Party switchers? I thought this election was closed to all but Democrats. Are you referring to republican voters who might have re-registered as Democrats?
I’m sorry to see you categorize the people of Penn. as so uneducated and ignorant it leaves you breathless. Are you referring to the 54% that voted for Hillary, or the 44% that voted for Obama?
Maybe he is refering to the each 1 one in 5 pennsylvanians that AP registered in exit poll claiming they didn’t vote for Obama because of his race…. and those are the ones who were brave enough to recognize it.
Josh,
Are you kidding me? You are impuning the entire state of PA because of some TV interviews. Where are you from that everyone is a member of Mensa? As an Obama supporter you sure are judgemental. Should I judge all Obama supporters that way? Of course not.
Stalin,
Of course not, and I apoligize if anyone was offended. I wrote those comments pretty early this morning, considering I was up until 4 in the morning working on finishing up the 3 papers I have due tomorrow…the comments I made were supposed to be directed at the people in the interviews I saw, not at Pennsylvania voters in general, although I know that it came across that way. But my point that the results change nothing still stands!
McCain wins 74 delegates??? bu*****…first of all, PA delegates are UNBOUND, 2nd, I can guarantee that some of thoese delegates will NEVER vote for MCain at the convention…they will only vote for a TRUE conservative…like Ron Paul
