Amber Lee Ettinger is lip syncing to another Leah Kaufman tune, “Hillary! Stop the Attacks!” Since the summer of 2007, Barely Political has kept themselves in the mainstream media with their hit, the Obama Girl. Keeping with their namesake, Barely Political maintains a tempered political message, but includes messages relevant to the current battle between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Though not a front page story, it provides yet another context for the current bout for Hillary. The music video is less provocative than the earlier “I Got a Crush on Obama,” and has a montage of clips highlighting some of Clinton’s least favorable media moments in the past year.

She looks like her job should be having sex with people in exchange for money, is that really it? Man, are you guys both really voting for the viable first woman president? The feminists I used to know would have eaten me alive for a statement like that.
Come on, she may be all dressed up and dancing sexy, but you got to admit, it’s decently clever as these videos go, and Bill playing the sax was great! You don’t need to go and denigrate the lady. No need to hate.
Just as you have the right to criticize this “Obama girl”, she has the right to put her opinions out there, via the form of a music video. As IndiMinded said, “No need to hate” on this girl just because she’s pointing out some of Hillary’s media blunders in an enertaining way.
It’s sad but not surprising that there are people quick to say this girl is a loser, porntar, slut, whatever, but I think she’s beautiful and if she were less attractive people wouldn’t give her the time of day knowing how this country operates.
Is this really the kind of support that Obama needs? It’s at best a silly gimmick; I don’t find anything particularly clever or original about it. At worst, it projects the exact sort of image onto Obama that he rigorously tries to shake: a black, ghetto pimp with hip-hop girls shaking their titties around him.

This is a good looking girl and I see nothing wrong with her making the video. Although she is a loser for the shameless attention seeking actions. She has every right to do it and I think it is funny. If this causes anyone to change their vote then they are stupid anyway.
My first post was to be taken as a joke but I do forget the type of people who read this and feel they have to defend this girl.

Hey that’s much better. I like it better this way, where you call me a dumb label like “obama wagoneer” to express your personal disdain for me instead of suggesting that girl should prostitute herself because you don’t like her message.
I wonder, if you were actually capable of expressing your opinions without insulting someone, calling them wagoneers, losers, suggesting a woman should go become a pornstars, and comparing politicians to rabid dogs - would you even bother? Or would that just take all the joy out of it for you?
Some day, when you graduate high school, you should learn the joys of adult conversation and delete the arbitrary insults from your posts. They would make them seem a bit less, well, juvenile.
