It didn’t take long for reason to begin filtering out from Obama’s speech. Here’s famed former Clinton adviser, now Fox News analyst, Dick Morris discussing the impact of Obama’s speech:
Very interesting dynamics at play here on both sides. I’m not sure I entirely agree with Morris that Obama joined to church to create “black street cred”. Seems a bit shallow considering Obama has credited Jeremiah Wright many times throughout his life as an important influence. One would think that such a strong connection indicates more than just a token membership.
