Bloomberg to Pull a Perot?

NEW YORK - New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has quietly been polling and conducting a highly sophisticated voter analysis in all 50 states as he decides whether to launch an independent presidential bid, associates said Wednesday.
The exhaustive data collection started months ago, and when the review begins shortly, it will provide the data-obsessed billionaire businessman with the information he will use to decide whether to make a third-party run for the White House.
It could very well happen….Ross Perot showed us that a man with money running independently can be very dangerous for an election. I’m not ashamed to say I’d vote for him. The man is so obsessed with statistics he’d have the economy running smoothly, not to mention he’d let the military do it’s thing without politicizing their every action.
The only question would be, who would he tap for a VP?

Bloomberg isn’t even popular among New York City residents as a presidential candidate, I really don’t think residents of Iowa or any other state for that matter are going to be that interested in him either.
Still, he has the cash and could immediately become a candidate if he wanted to and fund his own campaign.

Bloomberg has a stronger chance if Hillary wins the Democratic ticket. I suspect he held back after Obama’s win in Iowa, and push forward after New Hampshire.
Hillary is a polarizing figure in the national eye, and the “Ron Paul”/”John Edwards” and others have shown that there is a strong and distinctive body not supporting the main-tier candidates.
