Just to publish it for the record, here is the complete 2008 presidential primary schedule for both Republicans and Democrats courtesy of Connecticut Bob, I’ve updated his list a little bit with the latest dates and news.
With New Hampshire finally scheduling a date and Iowa set on January 3rd, here’s the entire schedule as I can find it today. If you have a correction, please email or leave a comment.

Would it be possible to note which primaries/caucuses require Party registration (i.e. closed) and which allow non-registered Party affiliation(i.e.open) voting?
That’s a great suggestion, I’ll work on getting that updated.
I found a mistake. I think both the North Carolina primaries are on May 6. They are listed separately above, as one being on Super Tuesday. I checked both my county’s website, and this generic one: http://www.usaelectionpol.....olina.html
There were lots of changes to this list since November. I’ve updated my blog Connecticut Bob which is linked above to reflect the latest dates.
Arkansas is missing from Super Tuesday for the Democratic primary.

CORRECTION: The Maine Republican caucus is Feb. 1st. The Democrats are Feb. 10.
Puerto Rico Republican Caucus is not listed. February 24, 2008.

Massachusetts is on February 5th, not March. Also, as one reader mentioned above, information on Open/Closed would be incredibly helpful.

Who would have ever thought that the nomination process would still be going on at this point? When have we ever discussed the Wisconsin primary before?
Tonights debate wasnt much better, alot of mudsinging and what-if questions.
i am lost in these elections. when are we going to vote on who gets electes between hillary and obama? and is that election the final one?
