“Evil laughter” indeed. It seemed rather contrived at the time and somewhat unnatural. She’s usually quite stoic but seemed to have loosened up for Chris Wallace.

Perhaps Tonya Reiman should consider offering “body language” presidential campaign advice to cut down on the evil laughter epidemic.
