Is JF Kerry running in 2008? Waffles waffles.

He says he would only run if the “field changed” or the “dynamics of the nation shifted”. Whatever that means. However, unfortunately for Republicans, he currently doesn’t “foresee” joining the race in the near future.

At first I thought, “no, this is a joke”. Then I read it and realized that no matter what John Kerry says he’s doing, he’s always a joke.
